This is a 2-piece unit.  Lower trim piece attaches to the main plate.  Lower trim was chrome on Comets, glue on face on Caliente, and black "camera case" glue on face on Cyclone. Faces are not available here. You paint as needed.

1964-1965 COMET HEATER DELETE PLATE = $40.00

This goes in the dash where the heater controls were and is correct for 64-65 Comet and Falcon, and 65-66 Mustangs.  A factory heater control plate was filled and smoothed to make the mold for this part.  Metal studs are installed.

1965 COMET RADIO DELETE PLATE = $52.00  

Pressure cast in heat tolerant plastic from an original factory part

 

OLDSMOBILE

1964-1965 442, F-85, or CUTLASS RADIO DELETE PLATE = $46.00

Cast in gray plastic, same size and shape as the factory plate the mold was made from. The circular mounting studs show on the face as slight indentations of the ribbing, this is normal.

Cast in black plastic...same size and shape as the factory plate my mold was made from.

This piece was custom made from an original heater control plate by adding a correct ribbed face. Originals are impossible to find.

This is a great match for the radio delete plate, pressure cast in black plastic...same size & shape as the factory plate the mold was made from.

The mold for this casting was made from a mint original factory part, pressure cast in black plastic.
